One of the biggest game providers, Playtech will extend its presence on the New Jersey market. First, they acquired regulatory approval in June 2020. Then, in August the company announced a partnership with Bet365. Only a month after that, Playtech games are ready to launch with one more casino – BetMGM.
BetMGM is a well-known casino, poker, and sportsbook brand. It’s journey in New Jersey started in the summer of 2018. In 2020 BetMGM expanded to West Virginia and Indiana. The deal with PT allows them to launch the Playtech games content across their casinos in NJ. Furthermore, it will allow similar launches in the other US states where BetMGM is active.

Meanwhile, the state of New Jersey achieved a national record. The Garden State set a national record for the most money bet on sports in August 2020 with almost $668 million worth of bets.
