Only 3 days after the Los Angeles Lakers achieved their 17th NBA title, the league made the news again.
The International Game Technology (IGT) and NBA announced a multi-year betting partnership.
The IGT will become the first B2B sports betting provider in the US to bring NBA official data. This includes marks and logos to regional casinos and sportsbooks.

Moreover, under the agreement, the IGT’s sports betting customers in the US will be able to use NBA intellectual property. This includes official data, team and league logos, in their sportsbooks directly through an agreement with IGT.
This partnership with IGT marks the first time a platform provider can offer an ‘out of the box’ authentic NBA sports betting solution to a diverse set of operators across the US. This agreement will allow regional operators across the country to have direct access to NBA assets to create the best NBA gaming experience and further engage our fans.

The IGT sports betting platform has launched in 40 locations in 14 states. Highlighted are 10 locations in Nevada and 8 each in Iowa and Mississippi, with over 2 billion wagers.
